The Manager role allows users to add and edit content on their KnowledgeHound site. The below videos require that you have Manager-level access on your KnowledgeHound site. You can check to see if you are a manager by visiting the "Profile & Settings" page.
If you can see the "User Management" section on the left side of the page, then you are a manager. If you are not a manager, you can reach out to KnowledgeHound or a colleague at your organization who manages the KnowledgeHound partnership.
