Companies that have purchased the custom branding package have the ability to update logos, background images, and chart colors throughout the KnowledgeHound platform.

To add your logo to the KnowledgeHound platform, simply click the "Upload" button and select a compatible file. Your logo will appear on the login screen and in the top navigation bar. Changes may take up to an hour to take effect.

Login banner

To include a custom login page banner, simply click the "Upload" button and select a compatible file. The uploaded file will be the image that appears for all users every time they log into KnowledgeHound. Changes may take up to an hour to take effect.

Homepage background

To change the background image on the homepage, simply click the "Upload" button and select a compatible file. The uploaded file will be the image that appears for all users as they visit the homepage. Changes may take up to an hour to take effect.

Default study dashboard cover

To customize the default cover image on study dashboards, simply click the "Upload" button and select a compatible file. The uploaded file will be the image that appears by default on all study dashboards. Uploading an image to a specific study dashboard will override the default image. Changes are auto-saved.

Below are helpful guidelines and recommendations to ensure great results.

  • You can load a .png, .jpg, or .gif file.

  • We recommend photos or graphics that are wider rather than taller.

  • We recommend a minimum size of 860px by 480px.

  • We do not recommend using text in cover photos. KnowledgeHound is a responsive application, which means as browser sizes change cropping will occur. If you must put text in the cover photo we recommend leaving ample padding around the edges so the text is not cut off. See the template below.

Chart colors

You can now customize the colors of bar charts and line charts. Simply input the six-digit HEX values for each color. The order of the colors is dependent on the order in which the colors are inputted. You can choose up to ten colors.
